Not able to download from cloud

I’ve got a saved franchise on the cloud. When going to download I’ve been receiving an Error message “failed to download/apply data”. Tested DNS, cycled router, no luck. Anyone had this issue before/know how to troubleshoot?

I’ve had the same problem and I was forced to take my beloved second year franchise out and shoot it cause it won’t down load.
