Lost almost all my packs and profile doesn't show my actual Pack History.

I don’t know if this has to be with profiles linking up, but I checked on my packs and have lost all unlocked cards. In fact, my profile doesn’t even show my actual history of packs. Ive owned this game since day 1 and have definitely opened packs and used accessories, etc, that are no longer there.
