On a more serious note, it took them until September to add an extra confirmation screen for those no sell packs, and unless I missed it there is still no solution for people that picked the same card twice other than to put in a ticket and pray it actually gets answered. I don't understand why they can't figure this out.
I never got a response to my duplicate jersey ticket from TA1. It was early on when server issues and glitches were abundant, and the jersey said new when I picked it. I gave up on it since I'll never use the jersey anyway, but I feel bad for people that are locked out of Jackie or Acuna.
