Banned for uploading offensive image.

I was banned first for abusing the points system. When I reached out to SDS I got a reply that I uploaded an offensive image to the vault and my ban of 30 days was irreversible. I have never uploaded an image to the vault. After doing some research there are multiple posts of people getting banned for uploading images when they never have. Why are you banning paying customers for no reason. Or at least give some customer support. This is actually one of the worst run online games I have ever played and it's kind of inexcusable given the sales numbers.

atleast I would be getting someones attention. I will take the ban. It's ridiculous a paying customer can't get any support. -
