Banned for abusing points system.

I am trying to get a hold of someone from sony San Diego and I can't. I have been banned for 30 days for "abusing the points system". I don't know what this means or how I would do it. I play normally on PS4. I'm so sad because this is my favorite game and I am missing out on so much content. Does anyone have any idea how I can get help?

How long did you play with yourself in an exhibition game by walking every batter?
Or how many times have you intentionally freeze the game to get a win after an inning or two or three?

@dap1234567890 I have never done any of these things. I play the game normally on PS4. I don't even know about any of that stuff.

Pro tip: Set it to CPU vs CPU and you can play with yourself for the whole nine innings.

I finally got a reply from but the guy from SDS is saying that I uploaded an offensive image to the vault? I have never uploaded any images to the vault and I'm not even sure you can do that on PS4. Please help I don't understand what is going on.

It looks like multiple people have had this problem on Reddit and on this forum. People are getting banned for uploading offensive imaged when they have never even uploaded an image? What is going on? This is my favorite game but it sucks when paying customers who follow the rules can't play because it's always online.

https://mlb21.theshow.com/universal_profiles/Ace-305-BeachManI just saw that, he is Number 1 in the ratings and I went his game history and 106 of his 110 "wins" were either a 0-0 tie, 1-1 tie or he was losing. A lot of games are 0-0 ties in the first inning with no at bats against the same users.

@Collin_SDS_PSN please can I get a response as to why I was banned for uploading and offensive image. I'm sure if you can view my account history you will see I have never done this. please help I paid for this product and I can't use it or get into contact with anyone. I sent a ticket and get the same copy and pasted response that is just flat out lying. I have never uploaded any pictures In this game.

Colin has nothing to do with bans. He just handles the site.

I don't handle bans, but I just help around here. My real day day to day can be found in this post.
Best course of action would be to submit a ticket via support.
