Inventory assistance from SDS

Has anyone had any success receiving assistance from SDS, in regard to inventory issues? Back in July, I reached out to them because for some reason I have (2) Max Muncy 42 Series cards and am lacking Trent Grisham which makes collecting for Jackie and/or the Mookie voucher impossible.
I've reached out three times since (8.8, 8.17, 8.31); however, I haven't received any response whatsoever.
I have everything else from that collection locked in and any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I have seen posts from people in May or June that had this issue and it was resolved recently. Maybe they'll get around to yours soon.

I wasn't asking you I was letting you know the facts. Facts are you 100% took the same card twice even if it was by mistake

Just be honest they will still help you. Probably even more so if you are honest

I’ve been waiting since June 6th and no fix from SDS yet.

1st off I had a issue different then yours that I resolved on my own but since the system for reporting is so messed up had NO idea how to cancel it but they finally contacted me like a month to 6 weeks ago for a report I put in like 3 months or so before the response so took them a long time. What I am trying to say is they are slow as a sloth so do not expect a response anytime soon.
SDS -- You make a ton of money from the game via stub sales etc - please hire more people to help out cause taking months to reach out on any issue is poor customer service ( to say the least ) and we the customers deserve better then this but just my 2 cents.
