Freeze Off on Lineup Screen?

Does anyone know if it still becomes a stand off if the game didn't load past the lineups screen? My assumption is that both players receive a loss since it wouldn't alert you that connection was lost with the opponent. Just wondering if anyone knows for sure!

Not sure..but this begs a different question:
When exactly during the 'game' is it your connection vs your opponent's connection?
Because for a game to freeze during the lineup screen seems like it would be on SDS's end.
Which would again ask when a freeze off happens any other time: is it because of SDSs servers or the players' internet connection?

I agree that it would be on SDS's end, however it has happened to me once before and I left and received a loss. I am very close to WS rank and am curious if anyone has been frozen at this point and received a win....

Update: I dashboarded and the game was not recorded as a win or loss.
