One card that was lost in the mix

Prince fielder was a big name when he was announced for this years game and he got some abs with his first inning boss card but I never see his 99 card in any lineups. It’s a good card and he has a pretty good swing. I think he just dropped with all of the all star content and got lost. It has to be tough figuring out how and when to introduce new players but it seems like he is a pretty big name that didn’t make much of a splash.

Doesn't help that the first base position is so over saturated with good hitters

Not lost for me. I'm trying to superfractor him so I can move Miggy to his spot and make room at 3rd.

For as popular as he was/is, his video game skill set is rather limited. Power for days, but forget about speed & defense. It's not surprising at all that more well-rounded players would eventually edge him out.

I am really disappointed we haven't gotten another Kirby Puckett yet.

I have him on my bench, currently P3. I am still running Ortiz until I get him to P5 (currently P4) - Once I hit P5 with Ortiz I will be starting Fielder.
