Network Error: Your connection to The Show Online has been lost.

I recently moved into college and now use an ethernet to connect my Xbox One to the school internet. But whenever I load up The Show I immediately get hit with a network error saying my connection to the servers was lost. I have tried resetting my console, deleting and redownloading the game, and changing DNS. Its been three days and I have made no progress and it seems no one has had a similar issue online. The other online games I have work fine and its literally only when I try to get on Diamond Dynasty. Please help.

If you can play other games.. it’s probably not this but what’s your NAT type?

Maybe the school has it blocked?

Alright. Reason I asked was because I had something like that happen to me when I was in college. Maybe there’s a port that’s blocked and giving you the boot. But you’d think it’d work fine since you play other games without a problem.

Yeah I went thru NHL Madden rocket league and Star Wars battlefront and got in an online game for each one. The only thing I can think of is that they blocked MLB servers.
