Yo SDS. With stuff like this just put a Jose Marte pack in the store for 2k stubs for 3 days or something. Over 4000 orders is a bit much.
It's not going up there have been 4,000 orders for the last few days.
Put in a 2500 stub buy order and wait in line. It'll probably take a few days but it is the quickest you will get him.
Just checked and there have been about 66 Marte's sold in the last 45 minutes.
