I just finished that mission. First time it didn't work. Second time it was fine.

I'd submit a bug report but they haven't responded to my last two. Why bother if I'm just gonna be ignored?

I did that mission first try. The game either flagged him as injured or it is a specific bug where you make the last out in the top of the final inning.
Unless you made multiple attempts at it then seven innings pitched should not come close to an hour. Shoot, it should not even take 30 minutes.

I did it first time but I came up in the 6th not the 7th. So maybe that’s what’s causing the issue. If you bat in the 7th

Honestly, if I had seen mention of this before I did the moment then I probably would have just done the exchange.

MIne worked fine but I know someone else who had the same issue so im really not sure.

I just went through it successfully (I thought) but didn’t get credit.

Finished fine for me. Wainwright complete.

I got that one first try, no issues technically

It worked fine for me the 2nd attempt - gave up a homer to Suarez in the 5th on my 1st attempt.

Anyone have any tips on beating this moment? I get halfway through and give up home runs.

I K 9 batters without any issues.
Then it gets to the top of 7th inning. Two on, two out, and per NL rules, I'm batting with Wainwright. I strike out with him flailing his bat at the ball. And before I can start the bottom 7th...

SDS, first you give us a broken daily moment. Then you fix it. Then you give us another broken moment, but for Wainwright. Get your act together.
Also, SDS, you are not responding to my previous bug reports. What is with y'all?
I did them all last night with no issues, got them done on the first try.

Keep the ball low with sinkers and Curve balls low and on the edges, use the cutter like a slider.

Pitching missions rely on luck. You can throw one above the zone and still get tagged for a homerun, or you can lob one down the middle and get a take for a strike. It's all just random numbers. This mission took me a few tries as did a similar Roberts mission. I eventually gave up on the Roberts mission and just played online for that one.

I did it on first try, but had to strike the guy out for the final out in the 7th for my 9th K. A bit nerve wrecking!

Hard and in (that's what she said) soft and away. Sinkers on the bottom corners. Don't be afraid to walk someone, dps are your best friend (also what she said). If they are gonna tag you for a run, it probably won't be on several hits
