Reds will most likely be Brandon Phillips. They might throw us something older though. The Nasty Boys (Norm Charlton or Randy Myers, we already have Dibble). Might even go further back and get a Bench 99, maybe a Ted Kluszewski.
Going off of an assumption that they will repeat from TA2 this year and TA3 last year as little as possible then Larkin is the best bet for the reds
Only reason I didn't put Larkin is they already have a diamond for him and BP hasn't received anything yet this season. He has a diamond card for the last 4 seasons and I expect him to get one again.
Is BP even in the game anymore? His best card has always been 94-95 overall anyhow
This will be the first year he isn't. He has a couple 99s before but its been a couple years for sure. Reds is one of those organizations though that there literally could be 20+ players to pull from that people would like. I would love a Jose Rijo card but I don't think they have his rights.

Would like to see a Bobby Witt Jr for the Royals. Salvy already has a load, Brett was the program boss. No one else really good enough for a high diamond. Maybe Saberhagen's Cy Young year. I do miss seeing that 8 year old body on the mound.
Alex Gordon would make me sick.

Gordon just retired so they don't have his rights anymore. I'd bet on Mondesi's MA from last year or FS Bobby Witt Jr.

Cause I'm a cards fan and I was lazy. I'll add the other divisions in a bit. Also, someone mentioned they dont have the rights to a bunch of names I listed. I'm only familiar with some of the people not allowed in the game so I'll most likely be off on some of these

I liked it back a few years ago when all the cards were in the game from the start regardless of how hard they were to get. Like Griffey for instance wasn’t obtained for a couple months.

Other than obvious people like Clemens and Bonds, how do people know if baseball has the rights to a player? I know some guys have been banned like Alomar but if it wasn't some big scandals how would we know if a player can't be used?

Ok, I'll add some more. If anyone knows that some of these players won't or can't appear. Please share. I have no clue who is on that list other than a few obvious ones.

I'm beginning to think a lot of you haven't been playing the game very long by seeing posts about all these legends that aren't in the game. There will be no Roy Halladays, Mike Lowells, Randy Johnsons, Daryl Strawberries or Doc Goodens.

You are correct. This is my first season which is why I added the caveat that I have no idea who is on this list of players not in the game. I can deduce some pretty obvious ones: Rose, Bonds, Clemens etc. Beyond that, I have no clue other than what has been released this year and even though supposedly everyone who is in the game is already there,we keep getting new names. So I really have no clue.
I did ask for any names that would not be there so thanks for that. Bummed to hear Halladay is not a part of the game. Not at all surprised by Gooden or Strawberry. It's odd to me though that guys who work for MLB wouldn't be in the game. I know this is not an MLB run game,but why would they not want to participate if they are in good standing. Arod is the big one that comes to mind but Lowell is an example that you just brought up.
