Although this is a signature card, I have a STRONG feeling this won’t be Pedro’s final card in this game. SDS said in one of their first streams that Pedro was going to get some insane cards. This leads me to believe this isn’t his final form.
They also said “his first 99”, many of us thought it was because it was a first time 99 but it could mean that the first of two 99 cards for him
