Issues with Monthly Awards

I'm trying to complete the monthly awards for June and July but none of the challenges beside the moments are registering. I can't collect all of the cards for the month eventhough. I'm hitting the strikeout and hitting goals in the Missions. Any help?

Make sure you’re completing missions with Monthly Awards cards & not Topps Now cards

Carefully read what cards are required to compete those challenges. Once you know the exact card type go to your squad menu and use the filter to only have those players show up. Then just insert them into your line up.
If you are doing everything right and you’re still not getting credit, then IDK. That’s a bummer

I could be wrong, but I don't think the month on the Topps Now cards matters. The overall missions like K's, Total Bases, etc. are based on Topps Now. The specific player missions are using the POTM cards you earn as you go through the program.
I normally complete the programs by doing the moments, then loading a team full of Topps Now with the few POTM I have earned to that point in the program...then I play some conquest or CPU to start knocking out the missions. That allows me to get overall Topps Now and a few of the POTM at the same time. Then as I earn new POTM, I add them into my lineup.

Not really, I used the starting pitchers and players for that month and none of the hits counted expect for player specific goals.

The only player specific mission in those programs are the Monthly reward cards. Topps NOW are the non player specific missions.

The only player specific mission in those programs are the Monthly reward cards. Topps NOW are the non player specific missions.
Can you take a screenshot of both the program missions screen (to see which missions you are missing) and then a screenshot of your roster you are using to accomplish these missions?

Im having a similar problem but with the August missions and its not just a simple mistake of wrong players or anything im just not getting credit. K's with Kittredge let me get 4/5 yet my stats have 11 k and totals bases with Schwindel and France, have some credit for Schwindel but only 6 bases when I have gotten all 10 and I have hit a homerun with France but shows I have 0/10 but again if I go into my diamond dynasty stats you can see the players have the hits and stats just not getting credit past one certain game I played on conquest and all the games I have been playing have been on the same conquest so no differences there just plain getting robbed, I've had this happen with a daily mission recently too for innings with Detroit hitters and I filled my whole lineup with them and got no credit for the game

The show is down and has been for several hours now. I had the same thing happen, completed France and Naquin's missions but they didn't record. It's not just you.
