Indont known if people have been experiencing this all year but just recently my outfielders while tracking a fly ball will randomly go between sprinting and jogging and occasionally not make it to a routine fly ball because of it. Has only cost me offline games so far but rather annoying.

I've recently noticed that as well. Mainly with my LF.
