Attributes over 99?

I know some players have over 100+ in some attributes. Especially with live roster updates. But does this remain the same when reacting a franchise?
Additionally, if I create a player to put then in my franchise, is there a way to give him 100+ Attributes on contact or power?

That would be good, and maybe a hybrid between dd and franchise to where in franchise you can do challenges or workouts to train your players
