Here was my take:
Here are other silver/bronze players that have been better or similar on the season: Dylan Cease, Yusei Kikuchi, Casey Mize, Cole Irvin, Jordan Montgomery, Zack Greinke, Hyun-Jin Ryu, Nathan Eovaldi, Frankie Montas, Marcus Stroman, Wade Miley, Adam Wainwright, German Marquez, Tyler Mahle... I can keep going.
April ERA - 6.23, May ERA - 4.45, June ERA - 6.14, July ERA - 1.16 (outlier)
The biggest difference in July was he let up less than 4 homeruns, in the first 3 he let up 4 or more per month.
If they give him gold it will be a disservice to countless others.
He is on pace to set career highs in ER allowed, HR allowed, BB allowed, his HR/9 is already at a career high and so is his FIP. Maybe I am wrong but I doubt it. -
Winker and maybe Votto but Votto was just recently bumped to gold.

Hoping for Story, Devin Williams and Segura.
Sold off the few Crawfords I had because I saw the buy now creeped up to over 5300. Not sure he's a lock so just wanted to be safe there.

Try his live series card with the inside edge, The all Star cards are cool but I don't like how they need defense on some players.mhis live series card is great IMO.

Yeah but it's been that was for years.
2018 93/150 at DH 2019 107/146 at DH 2020 48/55 at DH 2021 89/110 at DH

He got downgraded in
Contact vs L
Power vs L
Power vs R
Disc9 of his 21 bombs came in the first month. In the last 3 weeks (19) games he ha[censored] 1 HR. I would say that is why you saw his power numbers dip.
His biggest decrease was Contact vs lefties but I can't find a quick or easy way to see his splits for a specific period of time, only the season.

Still to early to downgrade him, they say it goes off a 3 year down and do stuff like this on a whim.
