Were You the First to Superfactor a Card?

Was almost the 50,000th person exactly to get Parallel 5 Byron Buxton. He's still probably my favorite card in the game even now is August.
50,000 even though, pretty cool number to get it on. Wish that kind of thing won you a prize! Like those 1 millionth customer promotions businesses do. I think I was 17,293rd with Buxton.

I was the first on POTM Tom Murphy and TN Josh Fuentes. Top 100 on a few others.
What was your strategy? How long did each one take?
The ones I did (early in the game cycle) were lots of vs CPU games and USA conquest map games. Lots of server issues then so didn't really try to do any superfractoring online even though the bonuses are a bit better.
I really loved getting some 1/1s initially but I assumed it would be a bit more dramatic to be the very first (since it actually says on the parallel screen, will you be the first?) so the lack of anything cool happening with a 1/1 and the amount of time it takes to get one means I won't be trying for any more of them. Happy to get to P5 again but certainly the race to 1/1 isn't really all that.
I wish this feature was in last year’s game. Nowhere to go and nothing to do, it would’ve been a perfect way to pass the time.

Nolan Ryan 92.
I was first. Never doing another one. Wasn't worth it at all.
Never is. Who freaking cares...

First el duque

Anyone going to do Roberts first?

Something occurred to me. How on Earth is it that some obscure player cards already have somebody who superfractored them after a couple days or less?
What cheating do you need to do that? Kind of takes away the fun for others, no?
-
I don't have a single card Parallel 5 haha I guess i spend too much time completing programs and content as opposed to grinding stats with one player.

Put the card batting leadoff.
If reach base, play until inning ends or player scores.
Quit.
Rinse.
Repeat. It doesn't sound like fun to me, but if others enjoy it, more power to 'em.
And just because they're obscure to you, doesn't mean someone's not a fan. Just a couple of games away from being the first to P5 this guy because I was a big fan back in his college days.

Why do people do this? Genuinely curious, I don’t understand.
For me it’s bragging rights, a sense of accomplishment (not that I’m lacking that irl, it’a just fun), and because seeing that “1” on a superfractored player card is just cool.
Bragging against/with whom?

Quit? Why would I quit? It’s bad for my record. IMO people who quit to grind like this shouldn’t get XP or PXP from games they quit
-
Quitting vs. the CPU doesn't affect your record.
-
Ta-da! I am officially the 11th person to superfractor Milestone Justin Verlander. Wish I was in the top 10 but had some family stuff going on.
-
First to superfractor LS Shawn Armstrong. Wanted to know what doing that with a bronze card was like.
-
Since the last time we spoke. 3 more P5
Mullins about 1k
JDG about 20k
And good old Darren O’Day 34/34 -
My 6th P5 is my first #1.

Honestly....a lot of it just happens from playing. My whole starting squad are P5 99s, and that's mostly from completing the conquest maps, which is also how I knocked out half of the Team Affinity programs.
-
I hope next year they add a stat leaderboard with these cards. It'll be cool to see how people got the cards up to level they are.
-
I haven't yet. The one I'm most proud of is Jackie. I was 65th to get him to PV.
