DD pitcher energy

Due to my bar being closed indefinitely, I decided to make a Diamond Dynasty team this year. How does pitcher energy work? How long does it take to a pitcher to recover from fatigue?

Depending on how long into the game you use the pitcher it could take 2-4 games for them to be full energy again.

Typically you could run a starter into the 6th or 7th inning before their energy becomes an issue unless you run into someone who fouls everything off or hits everything you throw at them.

I also believe they regain their stamina faster depending on their stamina rating as well.
