Pitcher's energy

Just started playing the show last year and only played H2H games. New to DD & I haven't been using a set rotation. Just started whatever guys I wanted. Now all my pitchers are tired. How do I get atleast 5 guys back to full at once. Do I have to buy more cards?

No. If you take them out of the rotation their energy doesn’t regenerate.
If you’re not bothered about rating after a couple games just lose 3/4 in a row instantly. You’ll then have a happy healthy rotation.
What I normally do is use my main 4 then have a bullpen game.

They have to be in the rotation/bullpen for games and not be used.

I “try” and make it to the pitchers spot when batting. On a good day 2/2/2/2/1.
It kind of annoys me the bullpen arms don’t get extra pxp on online play. So I do it for paralleling more than anything.
