How do I change my CAP’s pitches?

So I started RTTS like a month back made a pitcher and got bored.
Now I’ve started a new build but my progress is still the same in the season. I can’t figure out how to swap out a pitch (if possible)?
I’d like to make the cheese build, I’ll be clear on that. I’m frustrated online and the gameplay is bad anyways. Maybe feeding someone a juiced cap pitcher will be fun for a night.

You change the pitches through bullpen training in RTTS. Off days will let you pick between different training and if you pick bullpen some of the options will be to add a pitch or replace a pitch.

It’s cheese but it’s like sticky stuff. It was allowed for so long and in this case still allowed. I don’t see a ton of cap pitchers but when I do it’s submarine 102mph sinkers and 100mph cutters. It’s terrible, but OP has every right to use a cap pitcher. This ain’t anything new. Stop yelling at the kids to get off your lawn!!
