Conquest glitch

I’m playing the US map and when I go in to play a game against the Red Sox to capture the stronghold, it will not let me select a pitcher to play with. It’s like it’s frozen but it’s not. Never had this happen before. I’ve restarted the game several times and cleared the cache. Anyone have a fix for this or experienced this??

This is actually for all games for me now. Cant get past the select pitcher screen in conquest or play vs CPU
