At least the last few days now pci feedback changes from the outcome to the next batter. As I swing it says early/good, but then when the next batter comes up it says late or later in feedback window.

It's a latency issue. The feedback afterwards is the most accurate IMO but its still all a black box as to which is really which

But why is it happening now? I never noticed the constant feedback changing all cycle.

It's been happening for a long time, pretty much all year I'd say. Surprised you haven't noticed it before

Can't believe I never noticed this b4. Probably too preoccupied with my terrible swings to notice. Lol
I wonder if PPs are affected as well.
