Major issue with multiple complaints. Requesting SDS response

@Collin_SDS_PSN will this be addressed? We have submitted a ticket. And I’m sure other users have as well. This is not right that we spent months playing a league to have members get frozen out. It’s happening in multiple peoples post. Please provide an update! @SDS_Jax_PSN

HELP!
Old gen users (Xbox one/PS4) are dasboarded (Xbox) or blue screened with error message (PS4) so they can’t enter league. Anyone have a solution ???

Update @Collin_SDS_PSN we had a user log into a team with the same gamer tag logged in using and Xbox one and an Xbox series x.

Series x worked. And Xbox one did not work. Confirming the glitch described above
