I was wondering if there will be a patch for the Home teams that are not in the proper dugout?

I was wondering if anyone knows if there will be a patch for the Home teams that are in the wrong dugouts? Another issue I encountered was after pulling my pitcher in an inning and then going back to the bullpen a second time in the same inning it didnt allow me to bring in the other relief pitcher? Please help and thanks so much.

each pitcher has a 3 batter minimum that he must face, or the end of the inning.
