Did SDS lose the rights to Dawson too?

He’s hasn’t had a card yet this year. His 95+ cards used to be really good.
Besides Ted Williams and Dawson are there any other previously popular cards they lost the rights to?

Unfortunately Dawson isnt in this year.
I dont have a complete list but these were a few noticeable omissions i recall seeing this year.

Rogers HornsbyAre you sure Cobb and Hornsby are out? I just assumed they were waiting to introduce some of the old timers until later. That would suck because Cobb, Hornsby, and Williams have been 3 of my end game cards every year.

No, but he's still available in franchise mode. If a guy isn't in franchise mode and was in previous DD's then the my lost their rights

Yes there are some new players this year. Grady Sizemore is new for example. Kirby Puckett, Clemente, Valenzuela, and Soriano too. Aaron is new as well (but i forget if last year was his first year or if it’s this year). There have been some other new ones as well.
And no Randy Johnson hasn’t been in the game since at least 2016 when I started playing.

I get he meant the opposite, I was just wondering if the players that were omitted were replaced with new players we don't usually see.

Joe NathanThere are other I can't think of off the top of my head. Each year there are legends that are added and taken away. So players have been in the game for a couple years then go away others are in game for 1 year then done.
