There are 98’s for like 20k but I need Billy Wagner for my Red Sox team and he’s like 100k plus what

supply and demand, Wagner is rare, the 98's you are referring to are likely widely available

He will get a 99 overall anyway just juice the parallels on your other cards till then...

I get supply and demand but like, who in their right mind is paying anything above 20k for that card

Collectors mostly. I got Wagner for like 50 or 60k but I paid 140k for mike Schmidt last week lol
