I've noticed in alot of these moments the pitcher seems to be on 1st atleast 50% of the time too. lol

I always find the pitcher to be one of the hardest outs in the lineup vs CPU. Maybe that extends to moments, because you are right, the pitcher is on base in front of you more often than not.
