Anybody else having this issue? I was able to play event games in my created stadium until I entered the stadium creator to make a slight tweak to my park. I saved it, uploaded to the vault, but now i get the “invalid stadium” message saying the stadium does not exist in the vault whenever I try to use it online.

You have to wait about 10 minutes after uploading to the vault before you can play in that stadium!
