Why Edward Cabrera?

Why are so many people pitching with the 94 Edward Cabrera in this event? Is there something I am missing? I am an average at best hitter and I have been able to tee off on him lately. I am genuinely curious if there is some understanding or insider info about him in the community. Thanks!

thee only thing i read about him is, his high and inside sinker is untouchable?
i have no idea though, i dont play online. -
Event games are not indicative of RS games due to reduced stamina right off the hop. He is very difficult in RS play, even in AS difficulty.

I typically agree with the YouTube comment, but the YouTube isn’t wrong. Cabrera is really good.

His release is hard to pick up quickly and that makes his 100+ sneak up on you quick. He's pretty much the only pitcher I hate seeing in the game because of the mix of his release and velocity. Add pinpoint pitching and it's brutal

Looking at your history, you dominate Cabrera. Any tips for hitting him? Patterns? Strategies? I'd take all the help I can get against Cabrera.

Might be the first person that's ever asked me for tips on this game,lololol. I just sit the high inside sinker and go from there. I still strike put against him but I sure it hasn't hurt to have seen him almost every other game in this event. May be I am getting used to his delivery?
Other than that It may just be luck.

He was ELITE until they dropped all these new cards with high contact and power. Easy to make contact against him now.

Because the sinker is over powered and it's hard to hit.
People would rather rely on a 'crutch' instead of actual skill.
