WYD when you just can't win?

I started off this RS super hot. Got up to 844 quick, record like 75-35, thought I was the man (I've never made WS before, third year playing).
I've dropped six straight and 8 of 9 to fall back to around 700. I've run into 80-5 squads who 10-run me, casual dudes who 1-hit me with Edward, even somebody who threw a lefty sub-mariner with an outlier sinker and I quit by the third inning. Even on the rare occasion I've played well, my opponent outplays me.
I physically cannot win right now. Any tips for snapping out of a cold streak?

Take a break, unwind. Relax. Baseball in the video game is like baseball in real life. The more you stress and think about it the worse you’ll play. I play battlefield. Get a few kills, destress. You’ll be better soon. Hope this helps.

Take a few days off…Like don’t even fire up the game at all. I always seem to go on a run whenever I turn the game off & dont play for a couple days. I think it’s in the algorithm or something because the one thing SDS does not want is you to stop playing. They don’t care if you get mad, frustrated…But stop playing? THAT they don’t want.

I have to imagine myself playing the CPU when I play ranked sometimes. It really helps calm my PCI down and hit better. It makes a big difference for me

I burnt myself out too. Summer break and back home so I’m not working either so I just had nothing to do but play ranked. Once I realized you can only play 1-2 games a day at your best that’s when I won more games. Just doing other stuff and balancing out your life actually makes you better at the game

It really is like real life. If things aren’t going your way you start changing where you start the pci, hold the controller different, look at different parts of the pitchers windup and ultimately really throw yourself out of whack.

I really try to block out my thoughts about what is coming and pretend I’m playing the cpu also. It’s tough though to stop yourself from guessing the next pitch.
