It was a bit annoying that I had to pitch, but I got my revenge but introducing ramone's face to my fastball a couple times when he was batting lol.

? Seriously, you guys could've programmed this to act like a showdown.

Hit 5 HRs before recording 9 outs.

But, no. It's a 9 inning game where we have to waste time pitching.

And don't even start me on how the cpu throws 99.9% of the pitches in the dirt/outside the zone.

I've been walked/hit by a pitch at least 15 times.

That stinks. Its Ramone pitching and all he did was throw me 80 mph FBs down the pipe. I completed it in the top of the 1st inning. Its bizarre how you don't ever get any pitches to hit.

I finished it in the 2nd inning but he walked 2 of my players, he didn't throw many down the pipe for me.

yea after haveing 3 walked in the top of the first i quickly turned it off when i had to pitch homerun derby my [censored]
all this missions need to just be scraped and go back to stat based 100% i would rather need 1000 innings played or hit a milling homeruns than replay one more mission in this bs game again

This was definitely one of the easier moments for me. Not throwing shade at all, just my experience.

Unrelated, but does anyone else miss when HR Derby had outs instead of a timer?

I feel ya dude it took me way to loong to do. And youre right about ramone he wouldnt throw back to back strike unless it catches the edge and is given to him by the umpire. I could of had 20 total bases from walking quicker then taken him deep 5 times. For a HRD moment this guy should be programmed to throw 80% minimal strikes

New daily moment walk it off with the yankees.... just had a 10 pitch at bat with one strike like come the [censored] on SDS these are hitting moments why are you purposely throwing balls not even close to the zone. Change the way pitchers act in moments already!! Id rather try to beat a 102 heater in the zone than 7 to 10 pitch at bats with 1 or 2 garbage strikes to swing at while the rest are balls in the dirt or 2 feet outside

It's how the game handles moments. You can't "offense lock" like you can player lock

This moment was definitely confusing, felt nothing like a home run derby moment except hitting home runs... the other moment that really bothered me is the J T Realmuto one against Ohtani in the 5 th inning... I'm sorry maybe I watched a different all star game, but I swear Ohtani only pitched on the first inning of the all star game???? And again like the other offensive moments Ohtani throws no pitches over the plate, splitters in the dirt, sliders in the left hand batters box and 4 seamers head high... how am I supposed to hit a home run off of any of those pitches? I know Ohtanis control is not the greatest but for crying out loud I'm tired of having to restart this moment because of getting walked!!!!!!
