Franchise Roster History - Bug Report

There appears to still be a weird glitch in the roster history menu in franchise, where if you trade for a player or draft a player and later re-sign them (contract extensions) it says they were acquired via free agency instead of the round they were drafted/team they were traded from.

Is there a place I can report this bug, or is anyone from SDS monitoring for these bugs? Makes it hard to keep track late in franchise.
