Free agent contracts (Double A Starter)

Ok so this is really weird. I noticed that when I was in arbitration years, my team would offer me absurdly low contracts despite numbers and my overall rating. But when I went to arbitration, I’d get my number (last one was $25M). Now I’ve hit free agency and I’m getting multiple offers but for super low dollar amounts. I have three offers, all for 8 years and no more than $5 million total! And all say (Double-A starter). If I raise the dollar amount to a point where the contract is more than $1M a year, it gets rejected. Has anyone else seen anything like this? This is for the Xbox platform.

And this is a two-way player so I’m wondering if there’s some bug related to that.

I’ve had this happen to me. I don’t know how to fix it but what I did is just take the offer for the certain years I want because money doesn’t really matter all that much to your players progression. Smaller contracts (money wise) also make teams want to trade for you more if you demand a trade
