Pitcher batting instead of DH

Hey there. Is anyone else having an issue with their pitchers being locked into bat where the DH should be? I can move their batting order around but I can’t sub out the pitcher for an actual DH. However whichever team I play against, they have a DH batting instead of their pitcher. Any help is appreciated. Thank you!

If you’re an American League team visiting a national league team then your dh spot gets replaced by pitcher. If American League vs another American League team then you hit as dh. National league teams have pitchers hitting instead of Dh.

Yes, I know that. But in my settings I have DH always on. I’m playing as the blue jays against other AL teams and they have a DH and I have my pitcher batting instead of my DH
