These games get about 3 months of peak..then it starts falling off. Don't know if that's just how the human condition tolerates console games, but 3 months seems to be the wall in the EA line as well.
I'm sure the over done top-shelf cards that are just handed out like candy have a lot to do with it. But, could be the chicken or egg effect. Regardless, the early-for-even-them avalanche of topped-out Diamonds puts this game somewhere into the last gasping breaths of its life-cycle.
There will still be 10 on here with 50 profiles each that will swear that not to be the case, but whatevs.
It will start all over again April of 2022 with a lot of promises from SDS and hope and great expectations from the community.

I understand your points. You have to think that some/most? players are waiting for specific end version cards though. I'm waiting for that 99 Babe Ruth firstly, along with many other older HOF player end game cards. Others may be looking for Griffey, Gehrig, Wagner, Foxx, or whoever else.

I was able to capitalize on DeGrom and Tatis, but now Iām sitting here with 30k stubs
