luckily with me choosing ROdon twice didn't hurt me from getting ohtani
i finished all of ta3, the only one i didn't get was Jose ramirez b/c of 2x rodon...but it's ok as i was never going to use ramirez

I just made the same mistake realizing I had picked Ramirez twice and not grabbing nelson.... now we can't complete Acuna program

I check and double check and then check again to make sure. I agree that it’s not hard to not screw up, but it is kind of a dumb system. If it happened to me I’d quit

I know right dude!! It’s my biggest fear! Way more so than giving up the ol game winning no doubter! I’ve always wondered if there would be a script or something saying “hey dumbarse you picked this one already!” but never got stupidly curious enough to find out!

You basically do for Ohtani. I think the reason we didn't see any of these posts for team affinity 2 is because they weren't directly tied to a collection(although they help for Rivera)
Nah you just gotta shell out extra stubs now to get him. You get to keep 3 cards as sellable in the collection which for me will be the Alonso and Vlad I pulled + Peralta/Mancini if I pull either from my Acuna packs. Still haven’t opened those bad boys yet cause I like to sit on those and just think about the possibility of striking gold. I like suspense.🥶

Wow, look at all the people that are so pathetic that they have to come on here and announce how they could never make the mistake of picking the same card twice. And they are so smart and everyone else is so stupid.

It’s been pretty common this year, I’m starting to think perhaps when the person makes the choice, it’s somehow glitched and they just all say ‘new’ ….idk maybe though?

I got mine fixed yesterday. Did you fill out a claim? Also I've seen moderators here. Maybe they can see the exact mistake you made a fix it. Try writing it down, they do answer eventually though.

I think so too because I had that problem and I wanted Nelson for a pinch hitter but two Soto showed up in my inventory.

I selected two stantons for the 42 series so now I can’t get Willy adames and finish it for 99 robinson and as a result, I can’t get mookies 99, is there any way to get him thanks to someone that works with the game?

I don’t know. I just don’t buy it. There’s a number in the top corner denoting that it’s an owned card. It’s not hard to see and it’s the same as any other duplicate card in your inventory. It’s been that way in every edition of the Show that I can remember. It’s not like it’s a new concept.
I disagree that it’s not hard to see. I have a small wide screen and sitting across the room those numbers are hard to see. They were bigger last year and easier to see. I hope this can change next year.

Gotta remember with it being on Xbox and game pass that there are a lot of new players
