I find that in conquest if I bring in a warmed up reliever in that after my first pitch the “manager alert” pops up to tell me he’s tired. If I bring him in cold it happened after 12th pitch.

I believe this is a spot where strategy should play a very vital role. I've never really noticed that it has though. I'm sure there is something coded in the game to acknowledge it as a variable of consideration, but all these variables only play out (in my experience) when the AI is premeditating an outcome (i.e. boosting or detracting from a player).
I've brought guys in, purposely, without one warmup pitch and struck out the side. Just to see if it had effect.
I would also think there would be code that kicks in when you've forgotten a guy in the bullpen and let them warm-up for several innings. Maybe instantly advising the "pitcher is tired" and then actually taking 10 mph off his pitches or zapping his control. Again, I've never seen that come into play either.

Don't believe there is anything in FIFA that really involves warming up. The subs will, like, stretch and jump up and down for a couple minutes in the real game of soccer. FIFA hasn't coded that into FUT AFAIK.
Probably such a menial and non-factor thing they find it not necessary maybe?
It appears to be a very important thing in MLB..'cause they all do it.
In fact, if a pitcher gets hurt on the mound the game-rules will allow the reliever to have as many warm-ups as they need.I would believe that rule, alone, suggests it's pretty darn important that a pitcher warms up before they come into a game.
Nah, I think "warming up" is a phenomena exclusive to baseball pitchers. So, I just can't really draw a parallel with MLBTS and FIFA in this particular area. Sorry.

What's funny is, you can start warming them up in the 1st inning, and not bring them in until the 8th or 9th, and they'll never get tired from warming up for all those innings in between.

I never notice anything but I usually warm them up at least halfway.
That being said, I don't play online that much but when I do, I hardly ever warm the relievers. Nothing seems to happen. The only reason I don't warm them up is because it won't actually stop them from warming when you click on "ready and waiting".
Unrelated:
Has anyone noticed on recent moments, it won't let you access the quick menu to go to the bullpen? You have to pause and go to manager submenu.
