Ticket Submisson Success

Has anyone had success for submitting tickets to SDS? I’ve sent over 4 tickets requesting a 42 series Mike Yastrzemski card as I had a connection issue as I opened that NL West team affinity choice pack and didn’t receive the card.

Yes. I had a ton of issues with missing cards a couple of years ago. Took a couple of weeks but they fixed it.

They responded to one of my tickets admits which card I was looking for and I responded back with the card I wanted and I haven’t gotten a response and it’s been 2 weeks. Since then I’ve submitted around 5 tickets with no success. I’m pretty frustrated right now

I had success after 2 months, as an Xbox player I was unable to comment or post on this site for the longest, they finally fixed the issue at the end of June. I put my ticket in late April.
