How do you get pitchers to regain their energy in ranked seasons? Do you have to take them out of your lineup and let them regain it that way?

By pitchers, I mean starting pitchers.

Energy is only gained if they remain in your lineup, just play a couple games and they'll gain energy

Yes, but if they pitched the game before and then are randomly selected again, you're screwed.

The random selection is gone, you pick your starters. If they're tired, all you have to do is not pick them.
