Ps4 to ps5 !

My ps4 sadly is dead! But I was able to get a ps5 on the same day. So when I get my hands on the new ps5, my question is when I log into my psn account on new system what are the steps to setting up mlb the show 21?
I picked up the version that has the upgrade to ps5 for free. So im good there. Then do I just download the game? Then because I'm signed in my normal psn account all my progress will transfer over? Stubs!! Please any feedback would be amazing. Thanks and have a great day

Install the game and sign in with your PSN account. That's about it. All diamond dynasty progress and stubs will be there. Do you own the disc or digital version of the game? I do remember some people having issues with the wrong version installing if they had the disc.

When I upgraded earlier in the week, all I did was download the game to 100%(They still do that stupid thing where you can "play" partially downloaded) and logged in. Also, be prepared for a much more consistent framerate, and also birds. Lots and lots of birds

I had ps4 digital version. Got the ps5 digital version! Really it's that easy? Just log in with normal psn sign in. Download game to 100%. And it uploads auto from cloud. It's just there? I don't have to go into settings and do upload from cloud?? Wow cool

Yes, everything related to diamond dynasty is stored on the servers. You don't have to go through the hassle of retrieving your save. As long as you use the same PSN name, your team and stubs will be waiting for you.

Follow up I would have rather had sounds of the show than the moving planes and birds.
