Best option would probably just be to sell, but if you are going to keep one Oswalt is the choice. Duke is only good as a pinch hitter and unless you are a massive Helton/ Rockies fan, most of the face of the franchise 1st baseman are better

Roy Oswalt was my choice, there are many 1B that we can use

I got all of them. Helton is fun to use hesy starter 1b. Dukie poopie comes off the bench to hit and oswalt is an animal, if i could only choose one it would be oswalt by far.
