I had a lot of fun with the first season of my franchise but as I got into the second year it took almost half my players away in the rule five draft so I didn’t have enough to Fill out a triple a roster so it took my MLB players I’m confused and would like help on how to fix it

Talk a player you don’t care about and trade with other teams. When you trade with the other teams hit the x button and three categories come up. I usually trade for prospects. Scroll through the teams that want to trade with you and if Yvan trade for three players at a time. That should fill out your roster in no time

Make sure you are adding players you want to protect to your 40 man roster. Anyone on your 40 man roster cannot be taken in the rule 5 draft.
