RTTS 2nd loadout is not getting progression on "tasks"

I started a 2nd loadout to unlock "the hawk" perk so my primary would be SS in DD. But I am not getting any progression on the tasks that I need to get the hawk perk.

I tried the DD thing where people say to put yourself on the team. Play one inning then back out and go back into RTTS. Didn't work. I even deleted my original loadout to make the new one my default... still not gettin the progressed.
