Disappearing cards.....A LOT OF THEM!!

I have seen people post about a few missing cards....
I logged on this weekend to see over 500k worth of cards missing from my inventory. About half of my collection. I submitted a ticket, but how can I even prove this to them to get fixed? I wish I could say I am NMS, but I have put money into this game. This is a huge problem.....essentially stealing money.
Anyone else experienced something like this? UGHHHHHHHHH

You’re probably SOL. I had a Mike Trout disappear on me on April 30th. They never responded back. Extremely disappointing

Yeah, it's so stupid! I can prove like one or two as I pulled them from packs recently and can show no sell orders and not in my inventory. But some I have had since release, so no idea how to prove it. Trout missing is horrible too man.....I can feel the pain as I am missing about what he is going for lol. Oh well, just keeping my fingers crossed (stupidly) that there is some resolution.

Hope you have better luck than I have. I posted pictures of my buy order (the night before), pictures of my completed orders (showing I hadn’t sold him), pictures of my inventory that showed he wasn’t there and finally pictures of Mike Trout’s listing on the market which showed I had 0 owned/0 sellable. Even with all that, I still haven’t received a simple reply to my ticket submitted almost 2 months ago

Maybe when he got hurt irl, he decided to bounce completely than get put on the FA list with Roberto Osuna
Seriously, I've never had this happen. I hope there is a solution. -
