When you ask for player reviews…Take them with a grain of salt.

I constantly see people ask “How does this guy play?”, “Is this guy worth the stubs?”…And then there’s “Go get this guy! He mashes!”…Take these reviews you see with a grain of salt. Players play differently for everyone in The Show. Someone who is incredible for one person will be a dumpster fire for another. You really just have to try them for yourself. And when I say try - I don’t mean 1 game & then judge. Give them a week and see what your stats look like then. An example - Alot of people told me that Frank Tanana was trash & has a bad pitch selection & gets lit up. Well, I’m 25-6 with him with a 3.10 era…So he’s not trash FOR ME PERSONALLY, But he is for many others. Like I said - Just take every review with a grain of salt & not as gospel.

Yeah, agreed. I do think it's legit when someone talks swing animations like Soriano but maybe you're early on everything and a slow swing works better. To each their own. Also, I love Tanana too.

I like to tell people how well I do with each card on rookie offline.

Not only do players play differently for people but you never know the primary difficulty level that someone is using them on.
It seems almost any pitcher is viable on HOF and WS difficulty but that's not true of AS where I live lol

Reviewing a card should not be 3-4 games. A good review of a card would be at least 7-10day in your line-up an than you still have to find where that card bats beat in lineup

I'm 1-1 in conquest with Ronald Torreyes, Put him in your HOF WS lineup
I went 0-1 with him in BR. I thought mine was broken. Thanks for clearing that up for me.
