Does anyone know how to get Troy Glaus into franchise mode. I checked and he’s not in there. But I saw on the show.com home page that they added him

He is. you either have to start a franchise with legend free agents allowed or go into roster control and move him from the legend team he is on to one of the major league teams, save the roster then use that roster to start a franchise.
and if you are talking about an existing franchise-there isnt any way to update rosters in an existing franchise. -
Oh ok that makes sense. I wish I had known that before I got deep into the franchise I created
