Best use of non-sell duplicates?

Hey guys,
Sorry, am swamped with work at the moment and gonna be a little bit lazy by throwing the question out to the community rather than working it out for myself. What's the best use of non-sell duplicates that can now be quick sold or exchanged.
Better value to use in exchanges or quick sell them and buy other cards for exchanges? Or.......does it depend?

Exchanges 100%. If you absolutely need the stubs quicksell. The stubs do add up quick. But with exchanges you get more in the long haul. IMO exchanging a common for 100 exchange points is much more valuable then the 10 stubs you get back. Especially with silver cards, if you planned on doing exchanges anyway, you get more exchanging the card rather than quickselling because silvers will go for 200-300 stubs at least anyway on the market

Being that some golds go for 3-4k, exchange is the way to go! Pulled a Gallo this way. Which went for 10k
