That is weird. I only asked because I played a guy two nights ago who subbed out Glavine after two innings with relievers that were obviously worn out from previous games.

try it on your end
play ranked season online with a SP who is FULL green, pitch 1 full inning then see their energy bar next game, or for me it was a user quit, so my opponent quit after 1 inning....not sure if its the same but it need to be patched -
Although I agree that its a game and shouldn't be that way, but IRL a SP would kinda be out of energy the next day. Pitchers go through routines and throw alot before a game actually starts. Just skip one game and you should be all good man.

They did it to punish rage quitters but it also screwed the other guy. I had a guy quit before I even pitched and had about half energy. It keeps pitcher variety up tho so there’s that.

Usually when u play online games with the same pitchers back to back games their energy will be half... Just to tell you player !!

understand but my pitcher threw 6pitches in 1 innining then the other guy quit....
only 6pitches...i pitch in baseball, trust me 6 pitches is not as many as a full game

guys, this happens because the server has a timer. They have a energy cycle based on real hours. It just happened you ended your game just when the server updated the energy status for the pitchers. Before 20, they used to do it with a more uniform cycle, like clockwork whether you use the pitcher or not, it would get "tired". This is understandable for various reasons, one of them being force you to play with all the pitchers or use a lot of relievers in your next game, should you decide to keep using your favorite pitcher even if its tired. Right now, I have observed it's not perfect looped, meaning they must be taking into account how many times each pitcher has been use by.. THE ENTIRE PLAYERS DATABASE! haha thats fun no? It means if a lot of ppl around the world uses trevor bauer, he will likely "get tired" first than the others, and so on. So its more luck than periodic changes now.
