I had one of the biggest pitcher's duels you can imagine today

This was a few hours ago, just before the RS season ended. I came in to the game at 980, my opponent was 1042, so it was on legend but both players were used to playing on legend. I was on the road a d the stadium was The Porch. It seemed like a fairly neutral park, which compared to Shippett is a thrill as someone that wants to play anywhere but Shippett, Laughing Mountain, and Coors.
I had Glavine on the mound, opposing deGrom. Most people seem to hate facing sinker/cutter guys, but I struggle against high velocity guys with good sliders so that's a tough matchup. After 9 innings it was 0-0, my opponent had 4 hits, 0 BBs, 10Ks and I struck out 16 times and went 0/27 at the plate (oof). Now I've been in my share of 1-0 and 2-1 games this year, but nothing was like this offensive futility.
Normally I don't like that silly extra inning rule, but in this game is was necessary or else I still might be playing. We each tried bunting the runner to 3rd a couple times during extra innings to manufacture a run, but the only contact anyone made with a runner on third was a shallow fly ball that didn't do the job and a ground ball to SS with the infield in. My opponent started pitching me more carefully with the free runner in scoring position so I walked to break up the perfect game once in the 10th and again in the 13th although I should have probably walked a few more times in those innings.
Finally in the 14th inning my free runner was Jackie Robinson so I was able to steal 3rd. Next batter but a shallow fly that didn't score the runner, followed by a walk and then going 2-0 before intentionally walking the bases loaded. With 2 strikes on the next hitter (the new Braun), I got just enough of a fly to right that Jackie scored from 3rd with a good jump and a throw that was good but not perfect. In the bottom of the inning I struck out the first 2 batters with John Franco and then in a left on left matchup gave up a medium hit ground ball single to left (my first baserunner allowed of extras), and nailed the runner at home with a perfect throw to end the game.
All in all I struck out 28 times, walked 4 times, and scored 1 run without any hits in 14 innings but won 1-0 thanks to good pitching, legend difficulty, and some good fortune. Sorry for the long post but this was one of the weirder games I've seen and wanted to share it. The box score is in my game history if anyone is curious.
